A Session

 

For those who are not familiar with this work, here are some of the things you might experience in a session.

I might ask you how you’re feeling and encourage you to check into yourself, give you time to breathe, calm down, and leave the world behind.

 

Next, I might ask you why you’ve come to the work.
Here are a few out of many possibilities:

  • Is there a specific problem or situation causing you stress or distress?

  • Are you here for an energy check up, to see how things are flowing and where you may be blocked or stuck or sluggish?

  • Are you here to reflect on your life and how things are going in the context of your quest for freedom, growth, love and happiness?

  • Are you here simply to check it out and see what it has to offer?

  • Are you here because someone whose opinion you trust recommended it? 

 
 

Depending on what you’re looking for, there will be lots of exchanges as you tell me about yourself, your history, your present life - whatever comes up as relevant and significant.

 

All the while, I will be sensing things, based on my years of experience working with energy. For instance, I may sense where you are losing energy, or where a core belief is working against your well-being, or where an old trauma may be hiding out but still active.  I then give this information back to you, and we explore together how we might go about helping an energy block to release, or how to bolster and strengthen your energy body, or how to transform a limiting belief, or how to help heal the wounded child within.

To me, the beauty of it is that no two sessions are ever alike, because we’re always changing. To paraphrase Heraclitus, “You cannot walk into the same river twice.” Learning about and touching into one’s inner self can be very challenging sometimes, a great relief at other times, but it is always liberating.

 

We usually end the session by checking in with how you’re feeling and reviewing what’s been revealed, along with suggestions or recommendations that have surfaced during the session. That way, you have something you can use in your daily life to help with your ongoing well-being and transformation.

The session usually runs 1 1/2 hours and is conducted by phone.
